ELASTOMER?K MALZEMELER

 




NATURAL RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Torsional vibration dampers, engine mounting , rubber-metal suspencion elements,diaphragms.
CHARACTERISTICS: High mechancal and tear strength ,elasticity as well as good low temparature behavior and low compression set.
RESISTANCE HIGH SWELL IN Mineral oils , greases and fuels. GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Water if temperature is not to high and glicol based oils.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -60 ºC to +80 ºC After exposure to higher temparatures , it can soften an initial hardening.
 

POLYBUTAD?ENE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : V-belt and bands.
CHARACTERISTICS: High elasticity, resistance to abrasion and degradation by light , very good hot and cold properties.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Delute acits and bases , in alcoholsand water.
HIGH SWELL IN Hidrocarbons.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: - 60°C, +100°C
 

STIRENE-BUTADIENE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Dinamic parts, thecnical goods ,conveyor bands etc.
CHARACTERISTICS: Abrasion resistance, ageing and heat resistance is better than NR.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Inorganic and organic acids, as well as alcohols and water , and break fluids based on glicol.
HIGH SWELL IN Mineral oils , lubrication greases and petrolium.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -50°C, +100°C
 

ETILENE - PROPILENE - DIENE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Radiator and heatig hoses ,whashing machines belows and fittings, conveyor belts , roller covering and best suited for extruded profile sections and sealing strips which are exposed to weathering.
CHARACTERISTICS: Very good resistance to ozone , ageing and weathering and are .
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Hot water , steam , wash liquids oxidising media and diluted acids.
HIGH SWELL IN Aliphatic , aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: S?cakl???: -50°C, +150°C'dir
 

BUTYL RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Watering hoses , iner tyre , conveyor belt and mechanical parts.
CHARACTERISTICS: Very low gas permeability , very good resistance to weathering and ageing and good electrical insulation.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTSNCE TO SWELL IN Organic and inorganic asids , break fluids based on glycol , vegetable and animal oil and esters.
HIGH SWELL IN Mineral and greases , petroleum and aliphatic ,aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: - 40°C, +124°C
 

ACRYLONITRILE - BUTADIENE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Because of high oil and fuel resistance producting of sealing elements and hoses ,hydrolic and pneumatic fittings and covering of cylinder.
CHARACTERISTICS: High oil resistance and physical properties. Amount ACN content of polymer (%18-50) effects
-swelling resistance in mineral oils , greases and fuels ,
-elasticity
-cold flexibility ,
-gas permeability ,
-compression set.
 
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Aliphatic hydrocarbons, eg , propane , butane , petroleum ,mineral oils ,vegetable and anemal oils, greases , light heating oils and diesel fuel.
MODERATE RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Fels having a high condtent of aromatics.
HIGH SWELL IN Aromatic hydrocarbons ,eg , benzene ;chlorinated hydrocarbons , eg , three chloro-ethylene ; flame reterdant hydrolic fluids , esters , polar solvents and break fluids based on glicol.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -30ºC to +100ºC ; for short periods up to 130 ºC ; for special blends , cold flexibility extends down to – 55 ºC .
 

CARBOXYLATED - NITRILE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : --
CHARACTERISTICS: Their properties are similar to those are of NBR polymers but they are characterized by improved abrasion behaviour in applications subjected to dynamic stres.
RESISTANCE --
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -23ºC to + 100ºC ; for short periods ±130ºC.
 

ACRYLATE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Radial shaft seals , O-Rings and moulding at higher temparatures and oil containing aditives (active oils).
CHARACTERISTICS: Excellent ageing , ozone resistance ; good elasticity , low gas permeability.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Mineral Oils (engine oils , transmission oils) even with aditives.
HIGH SWELL IN aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons,eg, fire reterdant hydrolic fluids. Hot water ,steam , acids , alcalies and amines react to destroy the meterials.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -25°C, +150°C dir.
 

SILICONE RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Termic ,electric, automotive , food , health , construction ,defence and squrity sectors.
CHARACTERISTICS: High termal resistance, good cold flexibility ,good dielectric properties , very good resistance to oxigen and ozone attack and above all the physical properties show only slight dependency on the temparature.The permeability to gases at room temparature is higher than that for other elastomers and this is aspecially noticeable with thin-walled diaphragms.
RESISTANCE MODERATE RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Mineral oils ( comperable to meterial based on CR) and break fluids based on glycol.Use in water up to about + 100ºC is possible .
HIGH SWELL IN Low molecular weight esters and ethers ,aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons .
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: - 60ºC to + 200ºC (for short priods to +230ºC ). Parts can be made from special blends which embrittle only below -100ºC .
 

FLUORO RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Use where needs high performance, eg , aero-space industry , automotive industry and cylinder covering.
CHARACTERISTICS: High temparature resistance , chemical stability, low gas prmeability,minimal weight loss in high vacuum. Resistance to ozone and to crack resistance in the presence of light are very good , as is the fire reterdancy. Have excellent resistance to hot water and to steam.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Mineral oils and greases (even with most aditives) ,fuels , aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons , some fire rterdant hydrolic fluids and synthetic aero-engines oils.
HIGH SWELL IN polar solvents and ketones , fire reterdant hydrolic fluids of the Skydrol type and break fluids.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -20ºC to + 200ºC (for short priod to +230ºC). Special grades : -35ºC to +230ºC.
 

POLYURETHANE
APPLICATIONS : Mining and constructing sector , production of parts that reterdant to abrsion at automotive and machine industry , eg , lift tyres and cylinder covering.
CHARACTERISTICS: High mecanichal strength , good abrasion resistans , modulus of elasticity with can be varied within wide limits , good flexibility , hardness veriable over a wide range whilst retaining good elasticity (AU fills the gap between soft rubber types which can be stretched and brittle plastics), very good resistance to ozone and oxigen.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN mineral oils , greases , water and water-oil mixtures and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -30 ºC to +80ºC and types which can be highly stressed up to +100ºC in mineral oils.
 

CHLOROBUTADIEN RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Production of high pressure hydrolic and break hoses , seals , mountings , bumpers , V-belts and covering of cylinder and chemichal oil tankers.
CHARACTERISTICS: Resistance to chemichals ,to ageing ,to weathering effects and to ozone attacks and also by their flame resistance.Low gas permeability and high sticking performance to metals and to textiles.
RESISTANCE GOOD RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Mineral oils with high aniline point ,
greases , many refrigerants and water.
MODERATE RESISTANCE TO SWELLING IN Mineral oils , petroleum and iso-octane.
HIGH SWELL IN Aromatics ,eg , benzene , toluene , chlorinated hydrocarbons ,esters ethers and ketones.
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: -45ºC to +100ºC depending of composition of the blend ; (for short periods up to +130ºC
 

THERMOPLASTIC RUBBER
APPLICATIONS : Mechanical parts , hoses , automotive parts and health sector.
CHARACTERISTICS: Good elongation and high tensile strength.

TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: --
 

POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE
APPLICATIONS : Its use is favoured in oll cases where the retantion of residues is to be avoided.
CHARACTERISTICS: The surface is slippery and repels most media.The electrical insulating outstandingly good.They are almost independent of frequency, temparature and weathering effects.
RESISTANCE --
TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: In between -200ºC and +260ºC . Even at below -200ºC , it still has some alasticty.
 

POLYAMIDE
APPLICATIONS : Suitable for machine parts of all types (gear wheels , plain bearings , guide rails ,control cams).
CHARACTERISTICS: Surpasses the previously named meterials notably in its strength properties. High abrasion resistance , the tough structure and good dumping and dry-running properties.

TEMPARATURE RANGE FOR USE: +120ºC to +140ºC
 

POLYV?N?L - CHLOR?DE
APPLICATIONS : Preferiable used producting of belows , paskings , collars , coverings, sleevs , caps , sockeds and mountings for air conveying.
